"Why Shamanism Now?" with Christina Pratt
Shamans and Dreams: Part Two
Spirits produce dreams, but not necessarily all dreams. This is important because it means that there are potentially multiple spirits producing dreams, not just a single human soul. Spirits producing dreams can be: personal souls; helping spirits; or non-helping spirits, such as the dead stuck in the land of the living, upset elementals, or angry spirits of the place. And it's these non-helping spirits that we need to be concerned with. Dreams, no matter their source, are messages. They are gateways to a field of non-localized, non-ordinary information/experience and we need to be sure who is tending that gate. Dreams can be tests, seductions, and distractions that lead us away from our truth in subtle ways never see coming just as certainly as they are guides, warnings, and teachings that can keep us on the path of our true calling. To keep our dreams clear and free of pollution we must be impeccable in our life, live free of fear-based thoughts and motivations, and align with the love light of true awareness. Join host and shaman, Christina Pratt, as she explores how shamans interpret dream messages, dream states, and the true source of our dreams.

Awake: Now What?
Meet Karen Stewart, Angel Holograms
Karen Stewart is a gifted intuitive who receives guidance through archetypal angels. In her work, she helps others reconnect with their spiritual essence via the angels’ messages. Angels appear as archetypes and presenst symbolic images that give visual pictures and insights, reveal paths to circumvent problems, and provide different ways of looking at and moving through blocks. Using colors and symbols depictions from the angels show one’s path from a different perspective. During deep meditation, Karen invites a person’s angels to come in and communicate. The angels appear in a shape that represents the person’s form and soul. Then, Karen receives a “feeling” about the person or their present place in life. She observes the angels gathered for the reading and begins with the description the angels present for the reading. At this point, Karen asks specific questions the person has shared with the angels. They respond through additional visual images. A brief energy reading concludes the chronicle. Karen began seeing angels through her use of writing letters to her own angels, through hearing them speak, through her personal journal work, as well as through reading about angels. Along with her angel readings, Karen paints angel pictures in a process where the angels reveal to her the image as she creates. Karen’s educational background includes a Masters Degree in creative writing from Kennesaw State University. She has taught English Composition, published articles in the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Spirit of Ma’at, Country Register Newspapers, the Pulaski Citizen and has been a contributing features editor/writer for Professional Sports Wives Magazine. Her writing is included in Secrets of the Zona Rosa by Rosemary Daniell. She conducts writing workshops for Literacy Volunteers of Atlanta, Fulton County Public Library, and Kroger and is a member of the International Women’s Writing Guild.
