With a full moon in the truth-seeking sign of Sagittarius approaching on Wednesday, I think Monday's lunar aspects are showing you what you must dig into or remove in order to see the truth clearly. If there is an area of your life that feels blocked or is giving you frustration, persist in seeking more information or communicating until your curiosity is satisfied or you achieve the end result you expect. As the full moon energy builds, it is time to push and bring things to a head or a completion. Venus, the planet of pleasure and affection, in flirty Gemini is still quincunx to potent Pluto in reserved Capricorn. This quincunx aspect can have dual and disconcerting effects. People who are austere and uptight by nature will lose some of their starch and may become spontaneous and carefree. People who are just in it for fun will have to assume responsibility for any thoughtless or frivolous behavior. Sometimes I wish you could feel the energy I feel when I look at complex aspect patterns in a chart. The mixed bag of signs and elements forms a painting or song in my head that I have no perfect words for. Today, as you energetically slide down the slope of the full moon peak, you will change mind and heart subtly but irrevocably. You may decide something deep inside that stays inside. No one will know, not even you, about the true potency of the change until you see the effects manifesting over weeks, months, and years of your life.

Looking at Mars in Taurus square Neptune in Pisces immediately made me think of the song, "MacArthur Park" by Jimmy Webb. The lyrics, "Someone left the cake out in the rain. Take care of material things that have meaning for you or avoid being too attached to, or emotionally influenced by, the material world. Unfortunately, Mercury in Cancer opposes Pluto in Capricorn, creating a potential for a male/female power struggle.
